thinking of replacing my roadrat forks with something a little less harsh. Would like something that takes 35mm - 40mm tyres, disc compatible and not overly bothered about mudguards, as i'm 15.5 stone carbon is probably out. I've had P2's on a kona jake and remember them being quite harsh as well, so any other alternatives out there.

I'm 17 stone and have ridden various carbon forks for years. It's by far the best material for a rigid fork.
