So, I've previously ridden a Saracen Hack (now consigned to the turbo) and Pinnacle Arkose - both of which seemed seriously sluggish compared to my road race bikes. Sluggish beyond what the weight difference would suggest. Currently riding a Giant TCX (alloy) and that seems less sluggish, but the geometry doesn't seem too great on the road which is what I've mainly used it for.
Anyone ride the Full Monty from Planet X? Geometry looks a bit more what I'm after, but is it cheap because its sluggish (and likely heavy?) ?
It looks very similar to the London Road frame, which I have. Don't have another road bike to compare it against but I can't imagine it will be mega different to the Arkose.
