My lad has RST F1rst 24" forks on his bike though and he was riding in Les Gets and Samoens a couple of weeks ago. they worked fine.

I have a pair of Silvers on there at the moment - they rode ok but the sanctions have worn despite me lubing them up every ride - and they haven't actually seen seen that much trail.
