Just about to hit the buy button on a new bike from them, are the legitimate? Something feels slightly odd with them

I used them for some Surly parts and they were spot on.

I initially e-mailed them an enquiry and they got back to me really quickly.

Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I've ordered from them a few times, The last time item didn't turn up for a while, but they where great over the phone and sorted it quickly. Would happily use them again.

Give them a call if your worried and use a credit card.

I had an unhappy warranty issue with them, have vowed never to use them again. They do not know the correct application of SOGA and essentially fobbed me off with an outdated approach. I was so incensed I considered small claims court, but it was only 40 quid so I just decided to never use them again.

Fast service, good price, good stock.
You can get a reduction from CTBM if you mention considering ordering Salsa from Triton!!
