My order from commencal France still isn't here after a month, email have been sent with typical British grumpy tones

I've ordered a few things off their site in the past, most recently a carbon super 4 frame in the sale. Frame arrived 4 days after order and was only 11 euros postage.

Good comms throughout informing of status of order and tracking provided too.

I should have gone through the UK shop by the looks of it

Yes several t shirts shorts etcand last week a meta AM mudguard (i had a discount code or iwouldnt have spent thatmuch on it!) and another tee
Always arrived quickly, last week arrived 3 days after placing order
Postage is flat rate though so expensive on small orders
Can't vouch for delivery of frames/bikesetc,I imagine they may be sent by different courier than small packages
