One of these (the offset bottle mount not CCDB Coil CS!) - I would really like one for my bike but can't see any sign of them being a commercial product.

Not quite what you want, but the Zefal Gizmo lets you mount a bottle on frames without holes so you could use it to mount the cage higher up?

You could use a Dura Ace Di2 battery mount adapter (SM-BA01) to get the same effect - you'd probably only need the mounting bracket thingy.

I think the picture in your original post shows a pair of Axiom axle runners, which may explain why you can't find them...

They are available in the UK.
