Shimano Deore BB Cups (£12):

Presumaly the sealing is a bit better on the SLX? Anything else I should be aware of? Will be running it with SLX 9spd cranks FWIW. Can't see the SLX one last twice as long as the Deore (probably a bit longer, but twice?!).

seals and bearing quality.
have a look on rose bikes and get an XTR for £16 + post
