[Closed] Anyone in the US? ... I'm after a favour.

Hello and here goes.
I'm trying to buy a pair of Salsa Anything cages but it's not easy. They were meant to be in the UK at the start of the year but that has now been put back until July.
Stocks also seem low in the States, the usual suspects like Jenson have no stock. I have tracked some down but they won't ship to the UK. Is there anyone over there who would be willing to take delivery, then forward them on to me over here.
