[Closed] Anyone heard of Sheffield park and cycle superhub

I think this is a student design competition rather than something real but would be interested to know if it is based on a funded proposal.

The design will include a park and cycle super hub for up to 1000 cycles and smaller ‘satellite’ hubs for up to 50 cycles to be located strategically around the city centre to serve commuters who would otherwise take their cars.
