Hi all,
I've been waiting 12 days for a refund from MySpokes, I'm starting to lose faith especially as when I rang up last Thursday the guy told me the refund had been issued, then asked my name?!....
It's the first/last time I've bought from them...anyone else used them??

yes, they were cheap but dog slow at sending out the helmet i ordered from them until i pointed out it was needed for a riding holiday that weekend and they miraculously shipped it immediately.
I couldn't get them on the phone and didn't get any direct replies on email from a couple sent
i won't use them again unless they are significantly cheaper than anyone else
