I've managed to throw it away before I made a note of something I needed.
In the reviews part there was a very small review, bottom left of the left hand page I think, of like a resin stuff in sachets which they had stuck to some brake levers.
I don't want it for that but it is just the stuff for something else ..
Was there a product name/website details.

Sugru - https://sugru.com/buy/ - just received some this week. I didn't find it as easy to work with as I imagined. Not as stiff as say Playdoh which to me is a little of a downside. When cured it has a good feel. I'm gonna make some handlebar end cushions as I ride a lot in the "bar end" position and the metal of the grip clamps make sit pretty uncomfortable.
