I've just ordered one, so it's too late to change my mind if I hear a load of horror stories about snapping frames. However, anyone got one?
Not a Primer but a Recluse. Had it for a few months, ridden about 250 miles on it and am very pleased with it. It's light, stiff and feels like a go-kart compared to the full-sus bikes I've ridden for the last few years. It is far more competent than I am. I haven't found any problems with it but then I haven't ridden it that far. Not snapped!
Mate of mine has one, seems to like it so far, no long term assessment of frame quality or the like so we'll have to wait and see.
got one in November 2016 and done 500miles on it so far.
absolutely love the bike, coming from a giant anthem it was chalk and cheese. Really gives you a lot more confidence.
only negative so far is the rubber bash guard around the BB shell comes off easy and the internal cable routing plugs are a pain!
it rides and climbs really well. I'm a bigger chap and have had no issues with frame so far mind you I dont do massive jumps etc.
Primer arrived yesterday. Looks great, feels light (compared to my Whyte T129). Rubber bash guard was already hanging off!
