Hi guys
Has anyone had any experience of Onix bikes ? I bought 3 tubs off them, returned them registered & signed for, have heard nothing, no refund and no reply to 2 emails to them.
Anyone got any experience of them, I am hoping its just a one off accident, but with £150 worth of tubs gone and no refund, its all a little disconcerting.

Sorry for the delay Sean..
We thought it had been processed but the card issuer had put it on hold.
All cleared now.
