Entries opened today.

I'm in with a buddy.

Might stop over at Maggs Howe Camping Barn the night after.

We're planning to enter when we get organised! I've done the last 6 consecutive ones.

Any other budget accomodation to consider? Ideally close by? Crawling/pedalling distance from the brewery? For Fri & Sat night.

Probably entering tonight. My eldest (13) would be up for the long loop but doesn't look like that is allowed. We rode Grayrigg-Ambleside together at half term which included a good chunk of the route - I didn't think the Troutbeck side of Garburn was in too bad shape (seen it much worse maybe 5-10 years ago).

Starting to think keeping up is going to be hard....the boy rode straight up Sadgill (whilst I dabbed)

It's a really good event.
Free home-made cake en-route
Free after-party.
It even ends at a brewery!!!
What's not to like?
Hope to be doing it again this year.

I'm in again, with samcamsmum, sam(10) and cam(8).
The lads want to beat last years time 3.58 on the short course.
This is the 10th Sam Houghton, and it's great to see it still so popular.

I've just signed up. Been meaning to have a crack for the last couple of years.
