Think I saw Coleman but didn't see anyone else sorry, was stuck in my own world of pain. Started at the back and think leaders only lapped my once, was slightly disturbed when came round for end of 3rd lap to hear the bell-i thought I'd only get 3 laps in!
Need to practice my off camber muddy grass turns but such a good use of an hour and superbly organised. Shame don't have transport to the other rounds-anyone in Derby heading to the other races?
Oh and can also see why discs are regarded as overkill for racing, my basic brakes could lock up a wheel quite happily. Although for most of the stuff I ride on cross bike discs would mean more reliable braking in the wet and less rim wear.
