Id be very surprised if it s rideable all the way down,theres a few stoppers from what I can remember, and its quite narrow in places, so the red sox can be a problem too, awesome descent though 😉
I did it one summers evening a few years ago. Only went about three quarters of the way up, that took me about 45 mins, as it was getting a bit late. If I remember right I got down with one dab where I had to cross a fairly wide stream, I was on my own I didn't want to take any risks. Only saw walkers on the way up and there was nobody on the way down. It's one of the harder descents I've done, probably the hardest I've done on my own, took me about 15 mins to get from where I started to the Old Dungeon pub(?) for a pint.
