placed an order with them after getting in from work at 01:04 (early hours) of Tuesday morning. got the confirmation of order email through.

it is now 17:15 Thursday, they have had my order with them for 3 days now and its still 'processing'..

pain in my [s]arse[/s], not that i am riding till sunday, but the chances that i'll get my items this week look slim at best... will be an angry phone call tomorrow.

even emailed them this morning asking when i could expect them to be dispatched, no reply!!

they have been very hit and miss recently..... disappointing to say the least.

whats everyone else experiencing?

I've been emailing them for the past few days with no response about a new Garmin 500 with a faulty button and not heard anything back.

I too ordered stuff on Tuesday - just got my despatch email. No complaints here . . . so long as it arrives by Saturday 😉

They'll be busy.

They've got a sale on, and the 10% loyalty thing ran out Monday- so I expect they have a lot of orders.

Royal Mail is also suffering- lots of parcels in the system already (over a month till Christmas!)

Ordered Monday am, got email today confirming dispatch, might get delivered tomorrow. So not great service although their 10% offer finished on Monday so perhaps a backlog of last minute orders to shift.

Not complaining, but I think the good old days of order today and fit the bits tomorrow is sadly long gone.

Placed an order on sunday, recieved goods today (thursday). Spoke to someone at CRC and he apologised and confirmed there was a backlog at their end. Still better than DealExtreme, 22 days and counting.

My order is taking a couple of days longer then the norm but with the 10% sale recently I'm not surprised and it's no problem for me.

I've had major issues with them these last 2 weeks. I returned 2 items under warranty (both knackered before really used) - it's taken over a week just to acknowledge they received them (special delivery proof showed they had signed for them a week ago).

They keep saying there is a backlog in returns/warranty - obviously alot of seriously sh*t products been sold recently, causing this bottleneck.

Anyway, you're not alone - many more peeved customers out there waiting for them to get it together. To be fair though, I've used them alot and this is the only time they've caused me hassle.

They have been a day or today behind their usually excellent service, but to grumble would be churlish IMO. I just expect excellence all the time 😀

Ordered stuff Sunday night, still not arrived.

Recent scores: Merlin 1st, Wiggle 2nd, CRC 3rd, Ribble 4th (but so cheap for oem bits I'll forgive them).

Ordered a caliper monday eve, was sat on my desk wed morning.

FFS its only 3 days, be patient. No point phoning them and getting all shouty, thats unlikely to speed up the process is it now?

Although im waiting to hear back from them as it arrived without a bleed nipple cover. But its not gonna stop me riding. They'll sort it out soon enough.

Clearly, yes, but it doesn't mean you have to read it every week 😉

I also have a whole HEAP of opinion on online v LBS but it's my week off on this subject so I'm going to refrain and go along to the what tyre thread instead

The problem with slow deliveries is down to the Royal Mail. I heard there updating lots of systems at the moment and add to the fact its the run up to xmas. Amazon is same, took a week for a parcel to turn up from them.

Maybe, but once I get the email to say it is being despatched it does turn up next day. It's just a longer delay than usual between placing the order and receiving the despatch notification. That suggests CRC to me rather than Royal Mail...

...but then to be quite frank it is still much easier, quicker, bigger selection and cheaper than most else (including LBSs) so who am I to moan

None at all ordered my son a mirraco MI6 for christmas on tuesday and arrived today, the only problem I will now have is keeping it in the box and not putting it together for a quick jump session 😈

Ordered Saturday with loyalty voucher thingy, confirmation email received but no parcel as yet. I expect them to take a bit longer this time of year, so no biggie. They will be here when they are.

They're in Ireland aren't they? We use parcelforce at work and have had a couple of updates from them this week to say that there are some delivery delays into and out of Ireland due to adverse weather affecting sailings and flights.

Why? just send the thing back to them

i order some stuff yesterday but dont need it until next weekend so not bother if it takes some time.

If you need something in a hurry use your LBS, if you want it cheap then expect to wait and order online,

There's no promise of a next day delivery service so dont expect it
