Got pitched OTB on a ride on Sunday and landed awkwardly. Have strained intercostals to some extent. Have constant pain in right ribs and can't twist or take deep breaths. If I sneeze I'm in AWOP! I've taken diclofenac and am resting but it ain't getting any easier. Any tips?

My advice would be to give yourself a Tabasco enema. Half a pint should do it. You won't notice your ribs for a couple of days.

I am not a trained doctor.

No Tabasco. I'm going with Encona hot pepper sauce.
*looks for 250ml syringe*

Wish me luck. Ooooooooooooooowahhhhhhhhhhooohoottt

Use a track pump in the Wylie Coyote style.

If it doesn't clear up or is real agony see a physio. Turned out that my post crash sneeze agony was thorasic joint related. Physio gave these a pumelling and it helped loads. It also meant i needed more not less activity to speed recovery
