We did Edale CP > Chapelgate > Hayfield > Roych Clough > Mt Famine > Coldwell Clough > Jacobs > Edale CP. 3 of us on an Enduro, Remedy & Attack Trail.

Fantastic ride - great conditions and all the downhills were a blast. Only saw half a dozen bikers all morning until we got to Jacobs, and they were all climbing.

Wife & I were out in Peak today - bit saddle sore for a 'proper' ride so were just monkeying about sessioning bits & bobs around Derwent Res's. Saw a group of 3 guys on Cut Gate and loads of families with kids doing the easy Reservoir loop. Nice day for it!

We did a loop from Marple Roman lakes, to Hayfield - Chinley Churn- phofarside - upto 20 trees - Middle Moor and home via Rowarth.
Bit of a chill in the air today.

We came across an couple walking up from the Campsite at Hayfield, she turns to us and says', It won't be pleasant going down there on a bike. Mmmm she just doesn't get it!

7 of us out today, set off from Fairholmes at 7.45 and it was fab. Quite cold on start out with a spooky looking mist hanging just above the res surface. Great conditions on Derwent Edge, nailed everything.

Hope the weather lasts.

4 of us, me, the wife, and another couple we know. Hope was busy, went up the Roman road, down to Snake Pass up by Lockerbrook farm, down to Fairholmes, gently round the reservoir, then up over Win Hill and back down into Hope. Couldn't finish the treacle tart in the Woodbine as there was so much of it....
