What is the fattest tyre you have personally used with the fork? Will the Maxxis adVantage 2.4" fit (I know it says 2.3" max on the Pace website)?

I doubt it, that maxxis is MASSIVE!

I ran a 2.25 advantage with RC41s which was fine, but the 2.4 really is loads bigger

I currently have a HR 2.35 on my RC41s - there's about an inch of room all round between the fork & tyre

leggyblonde, how much space did it have?
uplink, I'm thinking tyre vs. brace, no problem there? how about the full compression?

No, about an inch & it'll obviously stay constant no matter what the compression is

Pace are saying the larger tyre might catch the fork, do they mean the crown then? Would be entertaining to say the least were it to happen as I ride along a deep-ish river (or is it a canal?).
