Lets say I move back to the UK with my partner and her kid. We won't be married but probably signed into what is called a pacs (it's a wedding light).
I'll be working but she probably won't. What kind of help can she apply for?

How much would you be earning? If she is your dependent then your income is taken into account. However reciprocal arrangements / free movement of people applies - so she might still be able to claim French stuff.
