I 'need' a turbo, does anyone have experience of the above and would you recommend for a budget of around £150.
I've got 3 requirements
1. it's Magnetic/Fluid
2, it's relatively quiet as it'll be going in the loft
3 it has a handlebar remote with a good range of resistance as my old Kona which is SS with 700c wheels will be going on it.

Bought one of these recently seems to fill your requirements.
Doesn't seem too noisey
