I did a load of adaptors a while ago to help run a dropper remote under the bars to work like a thumb shifter. CNC machined from 6082 grade aluminium.
I'm thinking of doing some more as I might be able to negotiate some machine time.

They work with most cable operated remote levers and I can do a slightly longer version to fit the Reverb.
They'll be the same price as last time (£15 silver, £17 anodised black) including signed for delivery.
