Hi
My sons birthday coming up (10yrs) and he's after a jump bike.
Ideally I thought 24" wheels although he's on 26" wheel xc bike.
They seem to be expensive bikes although halfords do them pretty cheap.
Anyone got one?
He's not going to be jumping 20ft so it may be fit for purpose.
The 26" wheel seems nicer to look at but I feel the 24" wheel would be nicer to control.
Any thoughts??

It'll be extremely heavy. For jumping at that age, a bmx would be better.

Hi
Yes I thought a bmx would be suitable but he's asked for a jump bike.
That halfords one is to expensive for me.
I'll keep looking,

My 16 yr old lad as a Halfords XRated Mesh. It was £169.00

Yes it's heavy, but its unbreakable and with no gears and simple brakes he can maintain it himself TBH yr 10 yr old would be better on a BMX, but as long as he's not expecting HUGE air 😆 the Mesh is a great bike
