Does anyone have a decent box hill centred off-road route they'd like to share? I only know the road stuff up there. ๐Ÿ™‚

Some nice stuff near the top of Denbies/ranmore. You can climb up from Ashtead beside farm lane then I normally get lost.

Some great trails in the woods the other side of headley lane. Then up to top of box from the car park on the lane. At the top you can go left away from cafe and ride along about a mile. Cut off road right some more naughty trails on back of box overlooking Dorking. Back up to cafe, bomb down the fast grassy hill to the bottom of the zig zags then over to ranmore via the vineyard. Sawmill etc. Loads of good up there

Go on strava segment explorer and zoom in to headley lane.. You'll find all the good stuff above it

Nothing too much on Box Hill apart from China Pig that starts near the Top of the World caravan park. Either head to Mickleham Downs or Ranmore for loads of cheeky trails. As above - look to Strava.

China Pig to the road, turn left the head up onto the SW corner of the Mickleham gallops. Head E, duck into the woods and check out the trails again taking you E. Then back up the top for Honky Tonk among others, this time heading W. Some playful, but not fast, ST in that area.

Climb up Norwood, check out the Druids trail ending on Chapel Lane. Up on Denbies for the various options back into Dorking.

Don't forget the best part of box hill, the grassy slope! Strava said i got 44mph down it on my fat bike and i don't think it's too far out!
