Should do, they've got at least a 5 year warranty from what I remember. I had an Anthem frame crack and I had a new frame and shock in a week

Lifetime on giant frames I think. I had a frame swapped out under warranty last year, no issue at all.

Probably, yes.
Giant have an excellent and we'll earned reputation for their warranty process. As long as it's not damage, you should be OK. As ever, go through the shop you bought it from as the first port of call.
