It looks to be made for motorcycles but cheaper than branded oil. Any other suggests?

Cheers

I have got some on the way for a service on some Pikes. Never used it before but hope all is good.

I've had a bottle for years & used it. it was fine.

Occasionally Silkoline are cheap on CRC, as are the rebranded Stendec oils 🙂

I've used it in the past on my 888's/66's/domains with no problems
If I can't find any of the shell motorcycle stuff I normally use then rock oil is what I turn to

Can't fault it

I've ALWAYS used motorcyle suspension oils.

Why? Becasue they are £8 a litre which does 8-9 oil changes rather than £10 for 250ml, which does 2.
Branded 'cycle lubricants' of ALL types are an utter sham. 🙂

We use Motul, factoryline fully sythetic, better quality than the others (apart from the wizzo really pricey stuff)
Don't like how rockoil smells either, tastes ok though 😉

I use Rock Oil, it was recommended to me by the guys at North West MTB centre. They service bikes for Steve Peat and other guys on the world cup DH circuit so I tend to respect their opinions in such matters

Yes, but his forks and shocks will get done by Rockshox/Fox though, probably using some nice posh oil and factory parts.

I've used it a few times when servicing my Rebas and marzocchis and i've had no problems what so ever with it.

Also, it's £6 for 500ml at Crc which i don't find unreasonable and will last for loads services on my rebas.
