Time for me to change bike.
Having checked the geometry of loads of different bikes I've
finally decided on a Kona Process 153 (maybe dl spec).
To save money I normally buy a 2nd hand frame and build up from there.
But you don't see many 2nd hand process frames for sale.
Anyone know of any 2015 deals around on L or XL bikes.

Wiggle, JE James, Winstanleys, etc are your best bet. Wiggle have some good deals on the 111, so possibly on 153 too.
But unless you've never heard of Google you probably know about all of those options anyway.

Yep looked at those, maybe one option, but not DL spec.
