I've never paid much attention to Chris King hubs, as they've always been beyond my means. But a bike I just bought off eBay has come with them fitted. I'm trying to work out if they are ISO hubs so I know whether I can convert the front hub from qr to 15mm.

Anyone able to confirm from these photos?

Yes, that's an ISO (SD not LD) and can go to 15mm via CK kit or BETD which is a little cheaper I think.

Hub body looks too small, older model i suspect.

It's definitely an ISO SD not LD model but that just means it can be QR or 15mm, the LD ones with the bigger body are 15mm or 20mm but not QR.

If you zoom in on the otiginal of the top image you can even see the serial number confirming its a 151 series (SD hub)

IIRC the larger hub body is the 20mm axle version.

Thanks guys! Super helpful as always!

The BETD kit seems to be £54, which seems more expensive than the official one from what I can see...

That's disappointing, as the BETD one re-uses the original CK QR adjusting collar so you'd have thought that it would at least be cheaper as it isn't any better!
