Rear steer bikes, tall bikes, pedal backwards bikes etc?
For a school based cycling project i have in mind...
Any info on builders, manufacturers or distributors would be really useful.

But you can build odd bikes without welding, eg:

A unicycle fork and wheel, a Dahon folding frame, and the result, a folding recumbent fixed wheel penny farthing.
I have a few more "unusual" bikes...
