May be an ididot question but is there any 'visitor centre' loosely speaking there ie toilets and somewhere to get a brew and morsel of food? Had a quick look on their site and it doesnt mention anything. Just want to make sure that I go with suitable refreshments etc tomorrow. 😀

Yup, it's on the same site as the slate mine museum which has café, gift shop, toilets etc...

It was shut for a function when we were there. Could use the toilets, but no food.

With this weather, you should have a great time. Pack some sarnies and a flask just in case!
And plenty of tubes!!!
