I'm looking at selling my Yeti ASR5C, but as many posts on here, not sure whether to sell whole or split it down.
I know the general opinion is to split it down but not really sure without looking up each part individually what I'd get or to that what I should expect for the full build?
I also appreciate that this bike is one of those 'antiques' with 26 inch wheels, but still a great bike which I've loved, but time for a change.
What do the you guys/girls think ?
Bike is as follows........
2011/12 Yeti ASR5C Frame, Raw Finish, Medium, 142 rear chip set fitted (new bearings last year).
2012 Fox Float RLC 140mm Kashima 15 thru axle
Fox RP23 Kashima Shock
Easton EA70 XCT wheels
MT-785 XT brakes 180 Icetech Front 160 Rear
2013/14 XT/Hope 1 X 10 with SLX Clutch Rear Mech
2013/14 XT shifter/s.
Cane Creek Tapered headset
Fizik Gobi Saddle
Thomson Seat Post Clamp
RS Reverb Dropper Seat Post
Continental Rubber Queen 2.2 UST BC Tyres
Easton Haven Carbon 711mm Bars
Easton Haven 80mm Stem
ODI Troy Lee lock on grips
Probably the only thing I would keep would be the Seat Post if new steed doesn't have one.
Would appreciate your thoughts please
Some nice parts there so I'd defo split to maximize the price you get. Fancy parts are lovely but don't seem to add much to the value of a stock bike.
No point selling complete as you'll limit your market to only those interested in a 26" bargain where as most of the parts will be of interest to anyone, regardless of wheelsize.
As for values, do an advanced search of sold items on ebay.
