I stripped the Allen head on one of my stem securing bolts. It took a 5.5mm Allen key - what M number do I need (it has a really deep head if that makes any difference)?

Thanks!

Take one of the non-stripped spare bolts to a bolt supplier and ask for another the same...

I would do, but London living and work means the net is the only option really

Have you tried Clerkenwell Screws, always found them very helpful and had the seatpost clamp bolt with allen key head that I needed recently.

5.5 head size is unusual and allen key size can vary for the same thread form. Measure the width of the threaded part.
