[Closed] Android Q - transferring apps to a new phone

I've recently got a new HTC android phone as a free upgrade and think I have managed to ensure all my apps appear on the new handset using a app called Appbrain Market. A bit of syncing between the two devices and I've re-installed apps which seems to have worked.

However, a few of the apps such as mytracks, cardiotrainer etc that contain user data aren't showing the user data on my new phone.

Does anyone know how to transfer that over? I presume it might involve saving data to the SD card on the old phone then inserting into the new one, but I'm not entirely sure.

Android forums was a bit of a mine field of info way over my head 🙂
