So my son and I are heading to Andorra to watch the downhill racing next weekend. We’re staying in Andorra la Vella and will have a car. Arrive Friday early evening.
anyone have suggestions on where’s best to stand and how to get there?
We head back Sunday morning so have the full day there. Thunderstorms forecast for the afternoon so could really mess up the pecking order!!
I was having a chat with a mate who's going for the weekend. Apparently the road is closed to the public from the roundabout next to the Commencal HQ in Erts, so you'll need to take the gondola or a bus from la Massana and then shuttle bus across to the finish. Be prepared for the queuing !
On a positive note, rumour has it that the course is changing next year and the finish line will once again be in la Massana.
