Can you no longer filter for 'in stock' and 'wheel diameter' when searching for tyres?

Or is it me?

Is your filtering better than your checking for one of the 3million threads on this already?

If it is, then no, it's not just you.

It's yet another example of clean ui ****ers lording it over usefulness.

I was looking at rotors earlier and couldn't filter sizes, it's total crap and a shambles of a site now.

oh yer, hadn't noticed that
nothing better than looking through sale stuff on big discount for it to be out of stock
honestly, Wiggles new website looks like etsy or something... I have no idea what the motivation was to upgrade it, it looks like a temporary solution

Must of missed the three million threads sorry - anyway its not like STW pays extra for duplicated threads, quite the reverse in fact!

Anyway glad its not me - bought from Tredz instead, a shop I rarely used before but will use more now as its UI may be messy but it took me to where I wanted a lot quicker.

Yup. Was trying to look at forks the other day. Can't filter by wheel size or hub standard, (but you can filter by offset!)...

Comes to something when the Pinkbike Classifieds is better for searching!

I thought it was just the mobile app, but alas, no.

You can search by wheel size when looking at the category above (wheels and tyres), but then it brings up results for spokes, hope end caps...

Yep tredz got my cash too.

Merlin are getting more of my money now tbh - the searches all work on there and they’ve had some good bargains recently

This must be what product managers talk about with an MVP. Except in this case, they've gone a bit to minimal...

And they probably downgraded what the MVP was as the deadline got closer.

I'd expect more filters and features will re-appear over time, as the dev team get their shit together.

Safe to assume they have a slightly higher budget than this place.

Yep, new Wiggle/CRC website is utter garbage since the upgrade.
I've been going elsewhere since it changed.

I'd be more worried about the local bike shops that need Hotlines to be up...

Hotlines

Wiggle has always been a bit pants for filtering, but CRC had really good useful filters. Now they are both just shite and would definitely put me off shopping there.

I assume though that someone has to manually create database of product information manually, or in that world is there a standard requirement of data that suppliers have to meet in order to get listed? If its a manual process you can see this will have saved them many hours of work....

I'm guessing the CIO of wiggle/crc will soon be looking for a new job!

Used Biketart for a couple of things since this, no problems, and the price for the things I wanted was about the same (at least while Wiggle's rewards discount thing was broken).
