Any good alternatives, can't be anything fancy at a guess? Who makes the Stans?

I meant it more as guide of the sort of stuff that you need
[3m cross weave type stuff] rather than a recommendation of where to buy from
Somewhere local to you is bound to stock that sort of stuff

150m of it direct from 3m for £4.44 - 25mm may be a bit wide though

Black gaffer / bodge tape work for converting non tubeless rims to tubeless, Just start before the vale and finish after, making a hole for the valve.

I've been using electrical tape for the last 6 months and no problems at all. 3 layers deep, nice and tight and started before the valve and finished after.

b+q have 25mm wide clear gaffer tape for £4ish,dont think it will
work on the narrower rims but fine on flows!
