I was in the area so I popped in on Sunday. After being a web customer since 2005, it was really good to able to view the products in the flesh. Once in the shop it's pretty impressive and very well laid out, (it is a big shop though).
The staff all seemed genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic; which was refreshing. I hope that now they have shop the stock control issues can be managed better, the last thing they need is to run out of products in a physical shop e.g. sleeping bags.
The Sonder bike section is good. The Camino Ti is beautiful in the flesh. The Camino Al less so but still very functional. You can now try-before-you-buy directly from the shop if you arrange it beforehand over the phone.
I wish them every success with the shop. It'd be great to see them being even more successful. If you're in the area pop in.
