ive got some 409 coil pikes
and when i press down on them i can hear some air leaking out from somwhere.
any ideas if this is normal or reckon ive got some broken seals
If coil, how are they going to leak air?
exactly....but its got a leak from somwehre..
sounded like its coming out of the POPloc part
Could be poploc, hung my bike up to return to oil on the floor, it had leaked from the poploc, needed a new damping cartridge in the end.
Give Fisher a ring to be sure I suppose is the sensible answer though.
Leak from poploc, seals are replacable but not available from Fishers, I do kits to sort the issue if they are leaking oil too.
just checked them over a bit more...i think when i went riding at bedgebury at the weekend i must of bottomed out the shox and its blow the cap off the pop loc.although im not %100 sure it had one there in the first place.
