Morning all
I managed to pull off the zip puller on one of (nearly new) Endura overboots this morning so it's completely off the boot.
I hope they can be repaired - is it a DIY fix or need a "professional" touch?

Take it back to retailer.
Was speaking to an Endura rep about this the other week and complaining about their stitching, he said if there are any such issues to bring stuff back so that Endura can address it.

Bought 2nd hand on ebay, so that's not an option unfortunately
I wasn't forcing it and I'm very careful with kit generally

Endura zips are generally rubbish, had two pairs of overshoes, zips went, had a gilet that every time I pulled the zip up and down it caught on the zip gaurd. I don't buy endura any more.
