[Closed] Advice needed about downsizing to an Evil Sovereign???

Hi hope someone can put my thoughts to rest.

Currently I run a Spicy 316, one one summer season and a transition bottlerocket. I love the three bikes but I feel I should downsize. The trails in South Wales are great but I feel that the Spicy is too much bike for what I need.

I'm thinking of selling the on one SS and the Spicy frame and buying an Evil Sovereign. I'm not getting rid of the bottlerocket as it's too much fun.

Does anyone have an opinion of what I should do or experiences of the Evil Sovereign ?

Thanks in advance

Ash

Sovereign is a great hard tail for sure. What kind of build? Considered a zesty?

Currently running on the Spicy
CK hubs with 819 and R queens UST
XO rear and shifters
xtr 970 cranks and double chainring & heim 2
Saint 810 brakes
Ashima 180 rotors
Joplin 3 and remote
Renthal Stem and Fatboy 750 bars

I'd have to change the fork to something more sensible than a 160

Haven't really thought hard about a zesty but I do fancy going back to a good hardtail.

Seems like a sensible enough plan... Lots of good options other than the Sov though

Large, it's new. Comes with King headset and Hope seat clamp. It's as new so looking for £400 posted. (also has the spare decal set)
