Got a set of Rock Shox SIDs, post mount and a Hope Mono Mini IS caliper. Is there an adaptor that I can use that'll avoid having to up-size my rotor from 160 to 183?
A2Z seem to suggest they might have one, but it's not clear? Will a Shimano one only allow a 180mm rotor?
Cheers
P.S And if I have to upgrade my rotor, are floating rotors worth the extra???
does this one allow me to keep my 160mm rotor?
ta
yes it will work i have the same one
no not possible new rotor required.post pount 74mm to 51mm caliper is will have to be run with a 180+ rotor.
.
Says this on the ebay advert..
How it Works:If you're original rotor diameter is 160/165mm by adding the A2Z ISPM-160 adaptor to your fork will allow you to run your rotor at the current size 160/165mm so you do not have to Buy a new Caliper/Caliper Half.
I bought a Hope one recently for the same problem, with that one I had to up the rotor, but I was doing that anyhow, the probelm I have is there isno direct path to the upper Post mount bolt, making setup tricky..
ive got an a2z on my 180 is caliper and it works with my 180 rotor on my pm forks . maybe im just lucky 😉
