My mate and I have booked a skills day with the bearded legend at Gisburn in April, and I'd rather stay somewhere near the night before, to be nice and fresh in the morning, as its a near 4 hour drive from the shire.
Any recommendations? I'm not fussed whether its B&B or bunkhouse/hostel, as long as its clean and within say, 20 mins drive of Gisburn, and there's a pub serving decent grub and proper ale in the vicinity.

We stayed there last year for a session with the Beardy One. Tim & Grace are excellent hosts. Good beers on tap too 🙂
