Myself and five other blokes are riding from the east of the country, saltburn. To the west coast near seascale in a day. Staying over for food and a beer, then riding back. Does anyone have any recommendations or can assist in accommodation. 4th of July. Things are either booked up or way to pricey for us, or don't have enough accommodation.

Cheers if anyone can offer assistance

THere's quite alot of hotels/b&bs in that area. What's your budget? Have a look at Gosforth/Drigg/Holmrook as they're right nextdoor.

&50 per person per night ideally.

We are doing it in one go so don't really want to ride too far back up eskdale.

Cheers for the advise so far. Eg remount is a bit too far north as we are doing a non stand c2c route over hard knot

Summergrove will always have spare rooms if you cannot find anything else, not 'lovely', but it has a roof... Try the Bowerhouse Inn, they have many rooms.

Bower House is nice. Have you tried the Westcliff Hotel in Seascale? I have stayed there and it's perfectly decent.

Try the Gosforth Hall Inn, Gosforth is a lot nicer than Seascale. Summer Grove is a fair distance from Seascale.

Say 'hi' to Beth, the manager, from me when you get there, she used to work at my work place.
