Thank you to the two lads who stopped on Wibbly Wobley at Bike Park Wales on Sat, much appreciated. Didn't realise how bad my leg was at the time but have shattered the top of my tibia.
Also thank you to all the staff there and mountain rescue who got me off the mountain. Now onto 12 weeks of recovery
