7 of us had a after work blast round Kentmere last night. A few piccies to show what a fantastic night it was. It's nice to have summer back.

Green quarter was 'moist' to put it mildly.

We (bogtrotters) passed you guys when you were climbing out of Kentmere - We went up Gatesgarth/Nan Bield and the views were superb - a blood red sky over the lakes was amazing.

Kentmere always amazes me with it's lack of people, very few walkers and only a few MTB. Yet it is a lovely place to ride.

Loks like lights are the order of the day for evening rides from now on.

That first pic is at the place I call Empty Quarter, as the map gives it no name, and it kind of balances Green Quarter on the other side of the valley ๐Ÿ™‚
