Had a whole day off to wait for a set of forks to be picked up. No sign of anyone all day. Apparently they forgot to scan it???! They admit it was their fault.
No offer of anything as a sign of goodwill.
Am I a mug for still using this company?

Four days I waited for an express 24 delivery.
On opening the box I found the item was damaged. ๐

I went through this, after many angry emails they say they do not guarantee collection. I gave up in the end it just wasn't worth it.

I spoke to the company who then found out that the courier firm admitted it was their fault.
It would be easier to learn to service my own forks and cheaper!
