Sorry if the answer to this is obvious, I can't find it.
The online status thing tells me my application is approved and thereafter suggests that my voucher is on it's way.
Today in the post I got a hire agreement for my and my boss to sign. Do I have to return this somewhere before the voucher starts on it's way to me, or should that be underway? And it doesn't say what I do with this agreement once signed, give it to work or send it to cyclescheme?

Give it to your HR dept, they'll send it off and in turn receive a voucher which you redeem at your bike shop.

They can be slow to come through, so track & chase.
