I know its early, but I want to buy my man something bike related for Christmas and I need to buy it sharpish. We both have mountain bikes and his is a recent, new build, with good spec components. So I don't really want to buy h anything for his bike.

I was thinking of buying him a bmx. I wouldn't know where to start though as its new to both of us. Can anyone suggest a good starter bmx? The best spec, for the lowest price, or anything else bike related that would make a good pressie for a man.

I'm clutching at straws. Any help is appreciated

I know it's not for his 50th, but there are quite a lot of good ideas here:

Some great ideas there, but none (except possibly the skills course, which I'd say was definitely his thing). He's also mid twenties, if that helps.

Are there any bmxers around, in case I go down that route? Also how do I get info on the skills courses

What would I want for Xmas?

1. New Hydration Pack
2. New light (Luminator or gloworm)
3. Skills course
4. Bike work stand
4. Decent bike toolkit
