bought some from sainsbuys the other day on the off chance that they might taste nice. and yumyumyum they do!!!
anyone else here eat them? are they any good as 'trail bars'? be nice if they were actually good for you too, and helped you ride superfast 🙂

9 bar is an amount that cannabis resin is sold in ie 9 ounces of it hence a 9 bar - the owner knew this as it has hemp seeds added iirc. He was known as 9 bar Pete iirc when he started I met him once I think but my memory is poor of those days for some reason.
Dont worry pedants it is now metricated and a 9 bar is actually a 1/4 kilo which is not actually a 9 bar anymore but still referred to as this.

Yes nice bars OK as trail food but not as good a flapjack IMHO

very tasty, good pre-ride fuel but as above, not as good as a flapjack for during a ride.
i did chuckle when a mate shouted up the stairs "dya want a 9bar dude? i've got 3 here and i only plan on eating one"
